property development and construction materials sectors.
The SME Fund
This fund invests in stocks of companies from the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME)
sector, based on the availability of great opportunities to increase profits.
Riyad Equity Fund 2
This fund aims to provide long-term capital growth with high levels of risks through
investing in Saudi Stock Companies which are compliant with the criteria set by
the Sharia Committee. The fund manager seeks to outperform the fund benchmark which
is the S&P Saudi Shariah Compliant Index through active management and building
a diversified portfolio of shares that are attractive and considered undervalued.
Riyad Gulf Fund
This fund aims to provide long-term capital growth with high levels of risk through
investing in Gulf Stocks Companies in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman within
the criteria set by the Sharia Committee.
Global Equity Fund
This fund aims to provide long-term capital growth with high levels of risk through
investing in international equity securities, which comply with the criteria set
by the Sharia Committee. The fund manger seeks to focus on blue-chips companies
whose activities are compliant with Sharia.
Commodity Trading Funds
Commodity Trading Fund (SAR)
This fund seeks the preservation of capital with reasonable return through direct
or indirect participation in short-term trading investments denominated in SAR.
These investment do not contradict with the principles of Sharia. The fund will
invest in the purchase of goods from established suppliers against immediate payment,
and sell them at higher prices with deferred payment to reputable organizations,
on deferred payment terms. The difference between the buy and sell prices will be
the fund's profit margin.
Commodity Trading Fund (USD)
This fund seeks preservation of capital with reasonable return through direct or
indirect participation in short-term trading investments denominated in USD. These
investment do not contradict with the principles of Sharia. The fund will invest

Balanced Funds
Balanced Income Fund
This fund aims to provide long-term capital growth and regular income with medium
risks through investing 50% of its assets in Saudi Equities, within the criteria
set by the Sharia Committee and 50% in Islamic fixed income securities such as Murabaha
& Sukuks.
Sharia Compliant Fund of Funds
Al Shamekh Sharia Compliant Fund
This fund aims to provide investors with long-term capital growth with high levels
of risks albeit at lower risk than investing in the underlying funds individually.
The asset composition will be about 90% of the fund assets in Riyad Capital global,
local and Gulf equity funds and about 10% in commodity trade funds.
Al Shuja'a Sharia Compliant Fund
This fund aims to provide investors with long-term capital growth with high levels
of risk. The asset composition will be about 70% of fund assets in Riyad Capital
global, local and Gulf equity funds and about 30% in commodity trade funds. This
fund is less risky than Al Shamekh Sharia compliant fund.
Al Mokdam Sharia Compliant Fund
This fund aims to provide investors with long-term capital growth with medium levels
of risk. The asset composition will be about 50% of fund assets in Riyad Capital
global, local and Gulf equity funds and about 50% in commodity trade funds.
Al Hadi Sharia Compliant Fund
This fund aims to preserve capital and to realize a competitive rate of return by
investing about 90% of fund assets in Riyad Capital commodity trade Funds and 10%
in global, local and Gulf equity funds.
