Enji Al-Ghazzawi is the Chief Human Capital Officer at Riyad Bank since March 2025, with over 28 years of experience where she showed a record of success and had various qualitative achievements. 
During her experience, Al-Ghazzawi assumed several leading positions in Riyad Bank, Chief Operating Officer, EVP of Operations, EVP of Corporate Banking, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Payments Section in the Operations Division. Al-Ghazzawi had also been part of King Saud University faculty members.
Al-Ghazzawi served as a Board Member at GOSI and a Board Member at SIMAH. She was among MENA region’s most influential and successful businesswomen listed by Forbes in 2025.

Al-Ghazzawi holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Translation from King Saud University.
