To reset the ATM card PIN through Riyad Online:

Login to Riyad Online using your user ID & password

Select “Accounts & Cards” from the main menu

Select “debit cards” tab

Select the desired debit card

Select “Reset Card PIN”

If your ID is going to expire within 90 days, a pop up banner will appear on the main page stating that you need to update your ID. This service will only be enables if you have already updated and received your ID from the Civil Affairs Office.

You have to register for Riyad Online service then your credit card will be listed automatically among your accounts in Riyad Online.
I tried to update my ID through Riyad Online but received an error message, what do I do?
This is because your information at the bank is not consistent with the Yaqeen system. If your date of birth is wrong, a pop-up message will appear to input the date of birth as shown on your National ID or IQama.
