Work Experience:
Over 18 years of experience in operations, digital channels, and technology-driven transformation within the financial services sector. He was appointed COO in 2019, where he leads operational strategy, platform development, and business process optimization across the organization. Since joining Riyad Capital in 2013, he has held several senior roles, including SVP – Head of Delivery Services and VP – Head of Electronic Channels, where he led digital initiatives and service delivery improvements. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly seven years at Samba Financial Group, where he managed internet, mobile, and SMS banking channels. In addition to his current executive role, he serves as a Board Member of Riyad REIT.
