Campaign Details and Duration:
- The campaign will run starting from 19 January to 22 February 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
Eligibility and Entry:
- New Riyad Capital clients opened during the campaign period.
Exclusions and Disqualifications:
- Employees of Riyad Capital, Riyad Bank, their affiliated companies, and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
- Any person under the age of 18 is not eligible to participate in the campaign.
- Any participant found to have violated any of the campaign’s terms and conditions shall be disqualified at Riyad Capital’s discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected
- Any client who terminates their relationship with Riyad Capital during the campaign period will be disqualified.
Prize Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer:
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize in any form.
- Riyad Capital does not require the purchase of any products or the payment of any fees to participate in the campaign and be eligible for the draw.

- Riyad Capital will conduct (five) draws during the campaign period, at a rate of one draw per week, starting from 25 January 2026.
- Clients who win in any draw during the campaign period will not be eligible to participate in subsequent draws within the same period.
Announcement of Winners and Publicity:
- Riyad Capital reserves the right to announce the winners’ names through any medium it deems appropriate, including but not limited to the Riyad Capital’s website, digital channels, and social media platforms.
- By participating in the draw, clients grant Riyad Capital the right to use their name in any media for notification and promotional purposes.
- By accepting the prize, the winners agree to the use of their image or audio/visual recordings for media purposes without further compensation.
Additional Rights of Riyad Capital:
- Riyad Capital reserves the right to verify client information and eligibility, and to exclude any participant from the draw in the event of incorrect information or any or non-compliant activities.
