Work Experience:
Over 22 years of experience in corporate finance, equity capital markets, and investment banking across both regulatory and advisory roles. In his current role, he leads the origination and execution of capital markets and advisory mandates for a wide range of corporate clients. Since joining Riyad Capital in 2013, he has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Equity Capital Markets, where he led several IPOs, rights issues, and private placements. His earlier experience includes working at GIB Capital, where he led equity capital markets advisory and transaction execution, and serving in the Corporate Finance & Issuance Department at the Capital Market Authority, where he contributed to regulating public offerings and shaping listing regulations. He began his career at Samba Financial Group in audit and risk functions.
