Over 10 years of experience in legal advisory, regulatory drafting, and policy development within the financial, governmental, and investment sectors in Saudi Arabia. Before joining Riyad Capital, He served as a legal advisor at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he advises on finance-related legal matters. Previously, he served as Director of Policies and Regulations at the Logistic Services Deputyship within the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, leading regulatory initiatives and policy framework. Prior to that, Muath spent five years at the Capital Market Authority, where he contributed to drafting and amending key implementing regulations under the Capital Market Law.
